On the last page he reaches his hotel, which has lift-the-flap doors. Concepts taught include colors, animals and vehicles. Our comments: This series of books fascinates children; one-year olds and five-year olds alike sit enthralled by the simple story and illustrations. Many parents we have met initially purchase one, and are so happy with them they end up purchasing every one of the set. For Spanish-speaking children, we recommend this series for 1 to 3 year olds, but they also make excellent resources for children up to five who are just learning Spanish. |
