I would purchase other items from this merchant. The overall process was smooth and the merchant responded quickly to e-mails. A very good company to deal with. Their responses to my emails were prompt and helpful. Initially their site was not set up to accept orders from England, but they very quickly sorted this out. One item was out of stock at the time but they quickly located me one and shipped all my items together. Very good service from America. Unfortunately once the parcel arrived in England the problems started. Parcel force Worldwide was the agent here. They attempeted to deliver my parcel on 21st Dec but did not leave a card, so it was very difficult to trace. I had to call them on 3 occasions after being let down on redelivery. I finally collected the parcel from my local PO on Jan 7th. I was very pleased with the service from Bilingual Journey, but was dissapointed with delivery. The parcel should have been delivered in time for Christmas, but ended up even late for epiphany. I would use Bilingual Journey again, but would be a little more wise re postal service in England. The product information provided on the site was very helpful and my order arrived very quickly. THE SERVICES WAS EXCELENT, I AM VERY HAPPY THAT A SPANISH PARENT CAN FIND SPANISH MATERIALS FOR THEIR CHILDS IN YOUR STORE . Fast Shipping. Excellent Packing. Excellent source for teaching preschoolers and my own children. Loved the puzzle for the seasons. Customer service is excellent!
